1. Just print off and fill in this questionnaire.

2. Measure the area you want designing, and send us a sketch of this.
   (If you need help with this please see this or this example)
    
3. Look up on the chart below how much the design will cost, and make out a cheque for that amount.

4. Post the questionnaire, survey and payment to: Peter Stevens Garden Design, 2 Merrylees Road, Newbold Verdon, Leicestershire, LE9 9NR.
    
5. Once we receive your details we will draw you a planting scheme for the area. You will receive four plan copies drawn to scale, all the plants are numbered with a key to the side naming the plants and specifying the quantities.
   
   One copy will be laminated making it easier to keep clean when working outside. All the plants are drawn at the size they will grow to or need to be pruned/trimmed to.
   
   You will also receive a plant catalogue describing the plants along with a brief care guide helping you look after your new plants.
